السائل:الأخ من تونس يا شيخ ، يسأل عن الأحوال في تونس الآن ،المشاكل،والفوضى هناك ما نصيحتكم لهؤلاء؟.

الشيخ-حفظه الله-:والله هذه الأحوال التي تجري في تونس،أو في الجزائر لا نقر هذا الأمر ولا نرضاه ، لأنه في الحقيقة لم يتبعوا فيه سنة رسول الله- صلى الله عليه وسلم- ، وهدي أصحابه الكرام-رضي الله عنهم-، وإنما اتبعوا فيه الغرب : أوربا وأمريكا ، ودليلنا على هذا لا نتعب نحن في البحث عنه :تصريح المتكلمين من زعماء المعارضة في هذه البلدان ،كما يقال :إما الحزب الاشتراكي، أو اليسار-جناح اليسار-، أوقل ما شئت من هذه الأسماء التي سمعناها ،كلهم يحتجون بأننا لم نصل إلى الدرجة التي وصل إليها الغرب في حرية التعبير ، ما شاء الله ! ، يعني: بما تشاء ، تعبر بحرية سواء فسق ، أوكفر، أو بدع ، أو ضلالات...إلخ . هذا باطل ، والعمل وفرصه توفيق من الله تبارك وتعالى ، وتفضل من الله تبارك وتعالى .
فعلى العباد أن يعالجوا هذا بالرجوع إلى الله، الرجوع الصحيح بالتوبة إلى الله ، والتزام شرع الله تبارك وتعالى ،فحينئذ ينتظروا الخير، أما هذه الطرائق التي يقلدون فيها الغرب فهي لا تنتج إلا الشر، ولا تنتج إلا الخراب والدمار عياذا بالله من ذلك . وأنتم كما ترون وتسمعون القتلى والجرحى بالمئات ، والقتلى وصلوا أعدادا كبيرة ، في الجزائر: قرابة الخمسين ، وفي تونس كذلك.
ثم هل يجوز لأحد أن يقتل نفسه لأنو ما حصل شغل ، يحرق نفسو بالنار؟، هذي أول شرارة انقدحت في تونس ، هذا لا يجوز له ، لا يجوز.
رسول الله –صلى الله عليه وسلم- كان يمر عليه الهلال ، والهلال ، والهلال ، ثلاثة أهلة في شهرين ما يجد إلا تمروماء، فهل بالله هؤلاء وصلوا إلى هذه الدرجة ؟، سبحان الله!، لا يوقد في بيت رسول الله –صلى الله عليه وسلم-نار. فعليهم أن يصبروا ، وإذا صبروا واتقوا الله يوشك أن يكشف الله تبارك وتعالى عنهم ،ويستغفروه ويرجعوا إليه كما قال سبحانه وتعالى:{ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفَّاراً. يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاءَ عَلَيْكُم مِّدْرَاراً}(نوح:10-11)،{يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاءَ عَلَيْكُم مِّدْرَاراً. وَيُمْدِدْكُمْ بِأَمْوَالٍ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ أَنْهَاراً}(نوح:11-12).فالواجب علينا أن نعود إلى الله نحن ، فإذا عدنا إلى الله رفع الله سبحانه وتعالى عنا.
عام الرمادة حصل في عهد أمير المؤمنين،هل خرجوا يتظاهرون ويقولون ما فيه فرص عمل؟،ما فيه أكل؟،المعيشة مستوى الفرد ضعيف؟،ما فعلوا هذا ، فهذا تورّثوه يا إخواني من الغرب الكافر، بدليل أنهم هم هؤلاء يحتجون بالغرب الكافر، هذا لا يجوز . نحن أمة الإسلام لنا شرعنا، ولنا ديننا نصبر حتى يرفع الله تبارك وتعالى عنا ، والصبر مع الصبر نحاول أن نرجع إلى الله بإصلاح أنفسنا ، والدعوة للآخرين بالعودة إلى الله ، وإصلاح ما هم عليه ، فحينئذ يصلح الله سبحانه وتعالى:{وَأَلَّوِ اسْتَقَامُوا عَلَى الطَّرِيقَةِ لَأَسْقَيْنَاهُم مَّاءً غَدَقاً} (الجن:16).فإذا استقمنا نحن بسط الله سبحانه وتعالى علينا : {وَلَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُرَى آمَنُواْ وَاتَّقَواْ لَفَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِم بَرَكَاتٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالأَرْضِ} (الأعراف:96)، {وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْراً}(الطلاق:4)، وأيضا:{ يَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ}(الطلاق:3) .
فنحن ما نحتاج إلا أن نذكّر الناس بالفرق الذي بيننا وبين الكفار ، وما فضلنا الله به عليهم ، وما أنزله علينا من الآيات البيّنات ، وما جاء عن رسول الله –صلى الله عليه وسلم-من الأحاديث الصحيحات في هذا ، فهم لهم طريقهم في العلاج لكن العلاج هذا لا، الطريقة هذه لا تصلح لنا نحن ، لا تصلح لنا نحن لا شرعا ولا قدرا . فالواجب علينا أن نسلك الطريقة التي أمرنا الله سبحانه وتعالى بأن نسلكها ، ولكن للأسف هؤلاء اجتمع عليهم تياران : التيارات السياسية الإلحادية العلمانية ،والاشتراكية، والشيوعية، والتيار الإخواني الخارجي ، كل واحد ينفخ في هؤلاء الحطب ليطبخ هو ويأكل ، هؤلاء هم الوقود ، هؤلاء المساكين يموتون ليحصُد الثمرة وهي: الطبخ على هذا الوقود، على هذا الحطب ، الذي يهلِك ويحترق هم هؤلاء ، إما الملاحدة الزنادقة ، وإما المبتدعة الضلال الخوارج ، وهم يزجون بهم زجًا في أُتون هذه الفتن ، فنعوذ بالله من ذلك ، وعلينا أن نحذر، وأن نتنبه لهذا، وأن نعلم أنو يجب على المسلم أن يطيع ويسمع ولو جلد ظهره وأخذ ماله . فهؤلاء لم تضرب ظهورهم ولم تأخذ أموالهم ، ولكن هم أهلكوا أنفسهم ، وقتلوا أنفسهم ، وأحرقوا أنفسهم ، واعتدوا على مصالح الآخرين ، إما أخربوا البيوت ، وإما أحرقوا السيارات ، وإما أحرقوا المتاجر والدكاكين ، أو أحرقوا البنوك ونحو ذلك ، وبعض الدوائر الحكومية .لا يجوز. النبي –صلى الله عليه وسلم-أمرنا بأن نسمع ونطيع على أثَرَة علينا ، فالواجب علينا هذا ، وأن نأدي لهم حقهم ، ونسأل الله حقنا نحن ، إذا لم نجده في الدنيا فسنجده عند الله تبارك وتعالى .وأسأل الله سبحانه وتعالى التوفيق للجميع. اهـ

Question: A brother from Tunisia asks, ‘O shaykh, concerning the current events in Tunisia, the problem and chaos currently taking place there… What is your advice about it??

Réponse :

Interpretation of the answer: By Allaah! We do not approve of the events taking place in Tunisia or in Algeria and we do not agree with them. In fact, they do not follow the teachings of the Sunnah of our Messenger (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) in this affair, nor the guidance of his Noble Companions (radhi Allaahu ‘anhum). They merely followed the West: Europe and America. And our proof for this is easy to find as it lays in what the leaders of the opposition of these countries claim. One can say that it’s either the socialist party, or a left-wing group or any other group mentioned in what we have heard. They all bring forward the same argument, ‘We still haven’t achieved the same level of freedom of expression as the Westerners have!’ Maa shaa’ Allaah!! Which means that you should be able to say anything you like regardless of it decadence (Fisq), disbelief (Kufr), innovation (Bid’ah) or going astray (Dalalaat), etc. This idea is totally false (Baatil). Work and job opportunities are part of the success given by Allaah Tabaarak wa Ta’Aalaa and His favours the Almighty.

So in order to resolve this, the servants (of Allaah) must turn to Him in a sincere manner through heartfelt repentance whilst respecting and observing the Path of Allaah Tabaarak wa Ta’Aalaa. Once this is done, then they may expect good to befall them. However, if they seek to solve their problems by means whereby they imitate the West, they can expect nothing but an evil outcome. The result will be havoc and destruction and we seek refuge with Allaah from that! And as you can see, we have already witnessed over a hundred deaths and many more injured. The death has increased dramatically. In Algeria around fifty and Tunisia is similar.

Also, is it permissible to anyone to kill himself on the gorunds that he hasn’t found work? To set himself alight? This is what started all the evil of Tunisia and it is not permissible. It is not permissible.

He Messenger of Allaah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) used to spend three moons, meaning two months, without any food other than dates and water. By Allaah, I ask you! Did they reach that level? Subhanullaah! During that entire time, no fire was lit (to cook) in the house of the Messenger (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallaam). So, they should be patient. And when they will have shown their patience, and fear of Allaah, then Allaah will bless them. They must repent to Allaah and turn to Him. As Allaah says:

فَقُلْتُ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفَّارًا

يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاءَ عَلَيْكُم مِّدْرَاراً. وَيُمْدِدْكُمْ بِأَمْوَالٍ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ أَنْهَاراً}نوح: 10-12

“I said (to them): ‘Ask forgiveness from your Lord; Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving; ‘He will send rain to you in abundance; And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers.’ ”

So it is obligatory for us to return to Allaah, and when we do so, Allaah will remove the evil which has befallen us.

In the year of the drought (Ramadah) during the reign of the leader of the Believers (‘Umar ibnul Khattab), did the people go out and protest saying, there are no jobs? There is no food? The living standards are too low? They didn’t do this! This, O my brothers! They inherited it from the West and the disbelievers. The proof is that they use the argument of the disbelieving West. And this is not permissible! We are Ummat-al-Islaam and we have our own rules and revelations.! We have our own religion! We bear with patience until Allaah brings us relief! Patiently and with endurance we endeavour to return to Allaah by correcting ourselves. And call others to return to Him and reform themselves and Allaah will change their situation. Allaah says:

{وَأَلَّوِ اسْتَقَامُوا عَلَى الطَّرِيقَةِ لَأَسْقَيْنَاهُم مَّاءً غَدَقاً} (الجن:16)

‘If they (non-Muslims) had believed in Allâh, and gone on the Right Way (i.e. Islâm) We should surely have bestowed on them water (rain) in abundance.’ (Surat al-Jinn:16)

So, if we keep ourselves on the Straight Path, then Allaah will bless us abundantly. Allaah says:

{وَلَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُرَى آمَنُواْ وَاتَّقَواْ لَفَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِم بَرَكَاتٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالأَرْضِ} (الأعراف:96)،

‘And if the people of the towns had believed and had the Taqwâ (piety), certainly, We should have opened for them blessings from the heaven and the earth, but they belied (the Messengers). So We took them (with punishment) for what they used to earn (polytheism and crimes, etc.).’ (Surat-al-A’raaf:96)

And He says:

{وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْراً}(الطلاق:4)

‘…and whosoever fears Allâh and keeps his duty to Him, He will make his matter easy for him.’ (Surat-at-Talaq:4)

And He says:

{ يَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ}(الطلاق:3)

‘And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine.’ (Surat-at-Talaq:3)

Now we must remind the people of the difference betweenus and the disbelievers! And remind them in what way Allaah has favoured us! What He has revealed to us by way of His clear verses and what the Messenger of Allaah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) has brought to us through the authentic Hadeeth concerning this. So it is important to understand that the disbelievers have their own way of solving their own problems, but their method isn’t suitable to us. Neither does it suit us according to the revelations (that is to the say the Religion), nor according to the decree (according to the affairs of this life – the Douniyah). It is obligatory for us to follow the way ordained by Allaah.

And it is sad to observe that two trends have formed around them:

1-The atheist, secular, socialist and communist political movement and,

2-The Ikhwanis (the sect of the Muslim Brotherhood established by Hassan Al-Banna) who draw their beliefs from the Khawaarijs.

Both these trends blow on these people, who are (to them) as firewood so both of them can cook and eat. These people are their fuel. These poor people die so the fruit can be collected (by others): meaning that others may cook on this fuel, on this firewood. Those who die and those who burn themselves are the ones – either heretic atheists, or innovators and Khawaarijs. They are the ones who stimulate the fire of this fitnah. May Allaah preserve us from it. And we must beware of this. We must know that the Muslim must obey (the leaders in good) and listen, even if beaten with lashes or stripped of our property. Yet those did not receive lashes on their backs, or even lost their property. But they brought death upon themselves and transgressed against others’ belongings: they destroyed houses, burnt cars, burnt shops, or burnt banks and some government buildings. This is not permissible! The Prophet (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) ordered us to listen and obey (the leaders) even when they treat themselves with privileges at our expense. This is what is incumbent on us! And we must bestow their right on them and ask Allaah for our own rights. And if we fail to receive this right in this Douniyah, we will receive it with Allaah Tabaarak wa Ta’Aalaa. I ask Allaah Subhaanahu wa ta’Aala success for us all.

Pertanyaan: Seorang ikhwah dari Tunisia bertanya "Ya shaikh, mengenai keadaan sekarang ini yang terjadi di Tunisia, berupa kekacauan dan huruhara. apa saran anda tentang ini?"

Jawab: Demi Allah! kami tidak membenarkan dan menyetujui dengan apa yang terjadi di Tunisia. Pada kenyataannya, mereka (para pemberontak oposisi) tidaklah mengikuti ajaran Nabi Shallallahu alaihi wasallam ataupun para sahabat Radhiyallahu anhum dalam masalah ini.

Mereka hanya mengikuti Barat: Eropa dan Amerika. Dan buktinya mudah dicari karena terdapat pada apa yang didengung-dengungkan oleh pemimpin oposisi dari negara ini. Ada yang berkata bahwa apakah itu dari partai sosialis ataupun dari kelompok sayap kiri atau dari kelompok2 lain yang kami dengar..mereka semua membawa pendapat yang sama yaitu:
" Kami belum mencapai tingkat yang sama dalam masalah kebebasan berpendapat sebagaimana yang dimiliki oleh orang Barat!"

Masya Allah!!..
Ini artinya bahwa anda bisa berbicara mengenai apa saja yang anda sukai walaupun itu ucapan kemaksiatan, kekafiran, kebidahan, kesesaran, dsb. Ide ini adalah suatu kebatilan.

Untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini seorang hambaAllah harus kembali kepada-Nya dengan cara yang baik, melalui tobat yang ikhlas dan mengharap serta menempuh jalan-Nya Allah tabaaraka wa ta'ala. Sekali ini dilakukan, maka mereka bisa mengharapkan datangnya kebaikan. Namun, jika mereka mencoba menyelesaikan masalah dengan mengimitasi Barat, maka tidaklah mereka mengharapkan kecuali jalan keluar yang buruk. Hasilnya akan berupa kerusakan, dan kami berlindung kepada Allah dari hal tersebut! Dan sebagaimana yang anda lihat , kita bisa menyaksikan ratusan nyawa melayang dan terluka. Kematian meningkat secara dramatis, Di Aljazair sekitar 50-an dan di Tunisia juga sama.

Juga apakah diperbolehkan seseorang membunuh dirinya karena dia tidak mendapat pekerjaan? Membakar tubuhnya? Inilah yang menyulut semua kejahatan yang terjadi di Tunisia sekarang dan ini adalah hal yang terlarang. Ini tidak diperbolehkan.

Beliau Shallallahu alaihi wasallam pernah menghabiskan 2 bulan tanpa makanan selain kurma dan air. Demi Allah, aku bertanya kepadamu! Apakah mereka (di Tunisia) mencapai keadaan seperti itu ? Subhanallah! Pada waktu itu, tidak ada api yang dinyalakan (untuk memasak) di rumah Rasulullah Shallallahu alaihi wasallam. Jadi, mereka bersabar. Dan ketika mereka menunjukkan kesabaran, dan rasa takut kepada Allah, maka Allah memberkati mereka. Mereka mesti bertobat kepada Allah dan kembali kepada-Nya. seperti firman-Nya:

Maka aku katakan kepada mereka: 'Mohonlah ampun kepada Tuhanmu, -sesungguhnya Dia adalah Maha Pengampun-, niscaya Dia akan mengirimkan hujan kepadamu dengan lebat, dan membanyakkan harta dan anak-anakmu, dan mengadakan untukmu kebun-kebun dan mengadakan (pula di dalamnya) untukmu sungai-sungai. (Nuh 10 - 12)

Maka diwajibkan kepada kita untuk kembali kepada Allah, dan jika kita telah melakukannya maka Allah akan menghilangkan kejahatan yang menimpa.

Pada tahun kekeringan (ramadah) dimasa kepemimpinan khalifah Umar bin khattab, apakah orang orang pergi keluar demonstrasi dan berkata tidak ada pekerjaan? tidak ada makanan? standar kehidupan rendah? mereka tidak melakukan ini ! Inilah wahai saudaraku! Mereka mempelajarinya dari Barat kafir. Dan ini tidak diperbolehkan! Kita umat Islam dan kita punya aturan dan bimbingan tersendiri. kita bersabar sampai Allah-lah yang membawa keselamatan pada kita. Dengan sabar dan tabah kita berusahakeras untuk kembali kepada Allah dengan mengkoreksi diri sendiri. Dan mengajak orang orang untuk kembali kepada-Nya dan mereformasi diri sendiri maka Allah akan mengubah keadaan mereka. Allah berfirman :

Dan bahwasanya: jikalau mereka tetap berjalan lurus di atas jalan itu (agama Islam), benar-benar Kami akan memberi minum kepada mereka air yang segar (rezki yang banyak). (Aljin:16)

Dan firman-Nya :

Dan barang -siapa yang bertakwa kepada Allah, niscaya Allah menjadikan baginya kemudahan dalam urusannya. (AtThalaq:4)

Dan memberinya rezki dari arah yang tiada disangka-sangkanya.(AtThalaq:3)

Sekarang kita harus mengingatkan umat tentang perbedaan antara kita dengan orang kafir. Dan memperingatkan mereka dengan apa yang telah Allah karuniakan, apa yang Dia perintahkan kepada kita melalui ayat-ayatNya yang jelas dan apa yang disabdakan oleh Rasulullah Shallallahu alaihi wasallam lewat hadits2 shahih mengenai permasalahan ini. Maka penting untuk memahami bahwa orang-orang kafir memiliki cara sendiri dalam menyelesaikan masalah mereka, dan metode mereka itu tidak cocok untuk kita. Tidak mencocoki kita berdasarkan syariah ataupun dalam urusan dunia. Diwajibkan bagi kita untuk mengikuti petunjuk Allah.

Dan sungguh menyedihkan ketika mengamati dua aliran yang ada pada mereka (pemberontak oposisi):

1. Gerakan politik Orang orang ateis, sekuler, sosialis dan komunis, dan..

2. Ikhwani (kelompok Ikhwanul Muslimin yang didirikan Hasan Al-Banna) yang mengambil pemikirannya dari golongan Khawarij

Kedua kelompok ini memanas-manasi warga, yang mana mereka anggap sebagai kayu api sehingga mereka bisa memasak dan bersantap dengannya. Warga masyarakat ini adalah bahan bakar mereka. Warga yang malang ini mati sehingga buah bisa dikumpulkan, artinya kelompok lain bisa memasak di atas kayu api itu. Mereka yang tewas dan yang membakar tubuhnya adalah salah satu darinya, ateis sesat ataupun mubtadi' khawarij. Merekalah yang menyulut api fitnah. Kita harus tahu bahwa seorang muslim harus taat ( pada pemerintah dalam perkara yang baik), patuh, walaupun dicambuk atau bahkan kehilangan harta miliknya. Padahal mereka (para oposisi) tidak pernah dicambuk atau dirampas hartanya. Tapi mereka membawa kematian pada diri mereka sendiri dan menjarah harta orang lain: merusak rumah, membakar mobil, toko, bank dan gedung gedung pemerintah. Ini tidak diperbolehkan! Nabi Shallallahu alaihi wasallam memerintahkan kita untuk taat dan patuh (pada pemimpin) walaupun mereka bertindak melampaui batas pada hak kita. Ini yang wajib bagi kita.

Dan kita mesti memberikan hak mereka dan memohon kepada Allah atas hak kita. Dan jika kita gagal mendapatkan hak ini di dunia, maka kita akan menerimanya bersama Allah tabaaraka wata'ala. Aku mohon kepada Allah keselamatan bagi kita semua.
